These terms govern your use of SellSnap AI, including account creation, credit purchases, image generation, and Razorpay payment processing.

Service use

SellSnap AI provides AI-generated product imagery for e-commerce sellers. You agree to use the service lawfully and to supply correct account and payment details.

Credits and payments

Credits are purchased through Razorpay and used to generate images. Credits are consumed when a generation request is processed. All payments are final except as required by applicable law or authorized refunds.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded product images. Generated images are licensed to you for commercial use within the terms of this service.

Limitations and liability

SellSnap AI is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. We strive to maintain service availability, but image generation results are subject to AI performance and may vary.

Changes to terms
