Digital credits, orders, and Razorpay payments
SellSnap AI offers AI image generation services for e-commerce visuals. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for credit purchases and generation orders.
Refund eligibility
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once the payment is completed and credits are delivered. Refunds will be considered only in cases of technical payment failure, double charge, or other transaction issues handled through Razorpay.
Cancellation rules
If you wish to cancel a pending generation request, please contact support as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the AI generation process begins. Once an image request has started processing, the order cannot be cancelled.
Razorpay refunds
All payment disputes and authorized refunds are processed through Razorpay. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and can take several business days.
